An exciting Summer Choral Extravaganza will be performed in Ely next month.
The choirs of Ely Cathedral, Trinity College and Clare College Cambridge come together for a one off, unmissable performance, conducted by Paul Trepte, Sarah MacDonald, Timothy Brown and Stephen Layton.
This will be the first time these three world renowned choirs have performed together in the magnificent setting of Ely Cathedral.
The choirs will be accompanied by the Prime Brass ensemble and a 100 year-old organ for this delightful summers event.
The programme will include highlights from the choral repertoire including Vaughan Williams, O clap your hands; Walton, Coronation Te Deum and Jubilate Deo; Barber, Agnus Dei; and Faure, Cantique de Jean Racine.
The Summer Choral Extravaganza is taking place on Saturday 14 June, from 7.30pm at Ely Cathedral.
