It has been a busy year for the University; here we look back at just some of the major developments and highlights that have kept Cambridge in the headlines:
ADC Theatre cancellation notice: Please note that due to unforseen circumstances Cambridge Footlights 'benefit' performance of 'Non-Sexual Kissing', which was due to take place at Kilburn's Tricycle Theatre on Sunday 21 September, has had to be cancelled. 'Non-Sexual Kissing' can still be seen however at the ADC Theatre from Oct 7th - 11th at 11pm.
John Barton, playwright and distinguished director with the Royal Shakespeare Company, is returning to Cambridge for the University's Alumni Weekend, to give the English Faculty's session on 'Text and Performance'.
This address was given by the Vice-Chancellor, Professor Sir Alec Broers, on 1 October in the Senate-House.
